Official says Fin Min plans no dramatic changes in ’20 borrowing
MOSCOW, Jul 25 (PRIME) -- The Russian Finance Ministry plans no dramatic changes to the foreign and domestic borrowing plans in 2020, Konstantin Vyshkovsky, head of the state debt and state financial assets department, told reporters on Thursday.
“I cannot say now that we will revise the figures in the three-year plan seriously. U.S. $3 billion of foreign borrowing is planned for each year,” Vyshkovsky said. He added that the debt plan for 2020–2023 will be considered in September–November.
The 2019–2021 budget plans domestic borrowing 1.8 trillion rubles in 2020 and 1.6 trillion rubles in 2021.
